4 Ingredient Keto Peanut Butter Fat Bombs Ingredients
*Makes 8-10 Bombs*
- 2 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/8 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Swerve Sweetener (granulated sweetener)
- ¼ Cup Walnuts (you can use any nut you want)
Note about Peanut Butter: Make sure you choose a peanut butter that is only peanuts and salt with no added sugars. I prefer this natural peanut butter myself.
4 Ingredient Keto Peanut Butter Fat Bombs Instructions
- In a bowl, combine your peanut butter, swerve, and cream cheese. Mix well.
- Place walnuts in a food processor and finely chop.
- Mold peanut butter mixture into 1-inch balls and roll them in the chopped walnuts.
- Place on a baking sheet covered with wax paper and place in freezer for about 2 hours.
