This Keto 90 Second Bread Recipe may be the easiest way ever to whip up a quick mug bread in the microwave. There are many different ways to make Keto bread but it really depends on how much you need to make or how quickly you want it made.
This recipe is super fast but we also have a Savory Keto Bread recipe that is pretty darn good. It actually looks and tastes pretty close to a real bread! In fact, this bread was a huge hit at our Keto Thanksgiving meal when I made Keto Stuffing out of it!
We also have another recipe that is more of the pastry texture if you need too! We crafted this Keto Hot Pocket Dough recipe that is used for many recipes. Just look at the photo and you can tell it’s a bit flaky too!
Here’s the base recipe for the 90 second Keto Bread Recipe. You can add savory or sweet flavorings to change it up too.
Keto 90 Second Bread Recipe Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Flour
- ¼ cup Almond Flour
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Egg

- 1 tablespoon Coconut Flour
- ¼ cup Almond Flour
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
Keto 90 Second Bread Recipe Instructions
- In a microwave-safe cup or ramekin, mix together all the ingredients with a fork, ensuring ingredients are well combined.
- Microwave for 90 seconds.
- Carefully remove from the microwave and allow to cool for 1-2 minutes.
- Cut in half and enjoy.

- ¼ TSP Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
Instructions

Is the coconut flour absolutely necessary? I’ve been ketoing almost a year, and have only used almond flour in recipes requiring it.
Almond flour and coconut flour react differently in different recipes. Sometimes it’s fine, but I wouldn’t suggest subbing one for the other.
