Weight Watchers Foods
Weight Watchers Foods
I’m back on my Weight Watchers Foods kick! One thing I love about Weight Watchers is the fact I can eat almost anything I want within reason. I can exercise a bit more and build up points if I’m craving something extra! Yay for Weight Watcher’s Desserts too! Thank goodness for those! Now keep in mind that exercise is what shapes your body while the food consumption is what controls your weight.
Since I’ve tried many Weight Watchers recipes with some I like and some I don’t, I figured I would give you a fun little round up of the BEST Weight Watcher’s Recipes that are worth trying for yourself!
If you are looking for a huge book of Weight Watchers recipes I highly suggest you get the Weight Watchers 50th Anniversary Cookbook. It includes 280 of the best recipes Weight Watchers offers. It has a really good selection of recipes including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and even desserts! This book never gets boring and worth every penny! I love the variety, creativity and more importantly I love having a hardback cookbook that’s easily accessible in my kitchen!
