- 2 cans corn, drained
- 1 large red bell pepper, diced
- Cilantro, chopped
- 2 cups mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 cup mayo
- Generous black pepper
- 1 bag chili cheese Fritos
Optional
- 1 large jalapeño, diced
- 1 small Red onion, diced
How to Make Creamy Corn Dip
