BEST 90 Second Bread Recipe – Keto Friendly Bread
I’ve tried so many different Keto Friendly Bread recipes and this one is by far the best 90 second bread recipe to date!
I also like it because it’s not a ton of ingredients either. It’s only 4 ingredients and it literally takes only a minute to whip up!
This recipe is so versatile.
You can add cinnamon and make it a cinnamon mug cake.
You can add lemon extract and make it a lemon mug cake.
You can toast it.
You can make a Keto grilled cheese sandwich.
Or, you can simply have a nut butter and jelly sandwich with this 90 second bread recipe too!
The ideas are plentiful!
Best 90 Second Bread Recipe Ingredients
- 1 tbs butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbs almond flour (Sunflower flour works great too!)
- 1 egg

Best 90 Second Bread Recipe Instructions
In a microwave safe coffee mug, melt the butter first. This should only take 10 seconds.
Add the baking powder, almond flour, and egg to the melted butter in the mug.
Stir until all the ingredients have fully combined.
Put the coffee mug back in the microwave for 60 to 90 seconds. (the time will depend on your own microwave power) . My microwave only takes 60 seconds.
Voila! Instant Keto Friendly Bread!
Top with a pat of butter or this amazing blueberry sauce recipe and you have a wonderful treat! I’ve made the same sauce recipe using strawberries and raspberries too. All of the instructions are exactly the same. The level of sweetness will depend on your own personal tastes. My kids like sweet. Of course, they do. Their kids! I really like using Lakanto Monkfruit Powdered Confectioners Sweetener or Pyure All Purpose Organic Stevia.
The Pyure is way sweeter than the monkfruit. The amount of sweetener you add will also depend on the sweetness of the strawberries or blueberries you are using too. Some strawberries are so sweet that you may not need to add a sweetener at all. In fact, I make this recipe when the fruit is just about to go bad. The strawberries or blueberries tend to get sweet when they are squishy just before they go bad. I never let fruit go bad in my house because I always turn them into a berry sauce to use on pancakes, waffles, mug cakes, 90 second bread, and ice cream or pies too!
