Who’s ready for some yummy Blueberries Cobbler cookies from scratch!!!  Don’t let the homemade part scare you, these are super easy! I suggest you use fresh blue berries or at least the frozen ones. I buy a bag every other week from Costco because I love blue berries in my morning shakes. I love blueberries to snack on too. Have you ever tried Freeze Dried Blueberries? Oh my goodness you are missing out if you haven’t! When there’s a sale, I definitely stock up. You may also be interested in our popular Blueberry Muffin Recipe from Scratch post. It’s also a hit.

Blueberry Cobbler Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup of white chocolate ounces coarsely chopped
- 1 cup fresh blueberries you can use frozen blueberries
- 1 stick unsalted butter not margarine
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
- In a small pan melt coarsely chopped white chocolate and butter.
- In a mixing bowl add sugar, eggs, and vanilla; mix well. Gradually mix in flour mixture. Fold in white chocolate chunks and blueberries.
- Using an ice cream scoop drop 2 inches apart on parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Bake about 15 minutes. Transfer to wire racks. Let cool 5 minutes.
