Cheddar and Ranch Buffalo Chicken Strips
This is one recipe that will knock your socks off! You have got to try this Cheddar and Ranch Buffalo Chicken Strips for dinner one night this week! Once you try it, I can nearly guarantee that you will add it as one of your weekly favorites, but probably because your family will demand it! Yeah, it’s that good. Just thinking about it again makes my mouth water.
Cheddar and Ranch Buffalo Chicken Strips Ingredients:
- 1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup of creamy ranch dressing
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese
- 1 sleeve of ritz crackers crumbled
- ½ stick of butter
- ½ cup of hot sauce
Cheddar and Ranch Buffalo Chicken Strips Directions:
Cut your chicken in thin strips. In a food processor crumble your crackers or place in a bag and use a kitchen hammer.Prepare a work area 1 dish with ranch dressing 1 dish with crumbled crackers 1 dish with cheddar cheese. Dip your chicken in the ranch dressing next dip in the cheddar cheese last coat with the crumbled ritz crackers. Set aside.
In a cast iron skillet coat bottom of pan with oil heat oil on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Place your breaded chicken strips in the pan. Do not over crowd. Cook on each side until golden brown and center is no longer pink. about 5 minutes on each side. Drain on a paper towel.
While your chicken is cooking melt your butter and add hot sauce stir until well combine.
Drizzle wing sauce over your chicken strips and serve.
TIP: one of my favorite hot sauces to use with this recipe is Frank’s Hot Sauce. There are different versions but I almost always stick to the original version. It’s so good.

- Drizzle wing sauce over your chicken strips and serve.
