Frequently Asked Questions

What makes a muffin light and fluffy?

We use a combination of butter, applesauce, and eggs. The butter adds richness while the applesauce gives the muffin some sweetness and moisture. The eggs help to bind everything together and create structure in the finished product.

What does applesauce replace in baking?

Applesauce can replace oil or butter in baking recipes. It adds moisture and sweetness, and it’s a great way to lighten up recipes without sacrificing flavor.

How do you make your muffins moist?

We add applesauce to our muffin batter to give them a moist and fluffy texture. Applesauce is also great for adding sweetness without having to use extra sugar. To make your muffins extra moist, try adding some Greek yogurt too!

How do I get my muffins to rise higher?

To ensure your muffins rise higher, make sure to use a lighter all-purpose flour instead of a heavier one. Also, be sure to measure the ingredients correctly and not over mix the batter. Finally, preheat your oven before baking and don’t open the door while they are baking.
