It’s confirmed! I will be attending the Cochon 555 Heritage BBQ Event in Austin this Weekend! Cochon 555 has just announced an all-star chef lineup for the second annual Heritage BBQ event in Austin at The Driskill on October 18. They will be spotlighting BBQ grilling traditions and old world cooking techniques, the five-city culinary tour promotes heritage breed pigs and global flavors. I am a hardcore foodie that loves to try all different kinds of flavors and learn about different cultures. When Cochon 555 announced it’s Heritage BBQ I knew it was going to be huge and I definitely want to attend. Honestly, they had me the minute I read 1,400 pounds of heritage pig.
