I may be a little one sided here because I may or may not have a slight addiction to anything orange flavored. To be completely honest, I basically lived off of anything orange while I was pregnant with my first child.
Needless to say, the love of that orange flavor did not go away once I had the baby and these are some of my most favorite cookies! These Easy Funfetti Creamsicle Cookies are mixed up quickly and bake in just 10 minutes. So you can be enjoying warm, yummy cookies in no time!

Easy Funfetti Creamsicle Cookies Ingredients:
- 2 (8.25 oz) pouches of Funfetti Orange All-Star cake mix
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract or 2 drops orange essential oil
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Easy Funfetti Creamsicle Cookies Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350° and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Tear open the cake mix pouches and pour them into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the baking powder and whisk to blend.
- Add the eggs, oil, vanilla and orange extract to cake mix and stir until well incorporated.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Roll the cookie dough into 1 inch balls and place on the cookie sheet at least 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes exactly. If you bake longer, the white chips start to brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on a cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to completely cool.
