Mango Strawberry Creamy Yogurt Popsicles Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt
Mango Strawberry Creamy Yogurt Popsicles Instructions
- Place strawberries and 1/4 cup of coconut yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer it to a small bowl and set it aside.
- Repeat the first step but now with the mango chunks.
- Add a few spoons of the strawberry cream to one side of the molds, and then fill with the mango cream the rest of the mold. Don’t forget to place the popsicle sticks inside.
- Take them to the freezer for at least four hours, or until completely frozen.

- These popsicles are great as they can last the three months of summer, so great alternative to make in advance.
- Play around with flavors, use other fruits that you enjoy as kiwi, raspberries, or peaches.
- Reduce the amount of fruit, adding more coconut yogurt for a more creamy texture.
