Smoothie Shake Recipe: Melts Tummy Fat!

I am a huge fan of Dr Oz and I love all of his advice for slimming down. I recently watched his show on Safflower oil to lose tummy fat! Did you see that one? I just had to try it! It was DELICIOUS! I will be making this again!

Here’s the recipe in case you missed it:

1/2 cup greek yogurt or soy milk (I used yogurt and it was yummy)
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup berries (I used strawberries and blueberries)
1 pinch cinnamon or nutmeg (I used cinnamon)
1 tsp high linoleic safflower oil (of course I had to find a deal for you here on Amazon!
1 cup of ice
