Super Easy Egg Casserole Recipe Ingredients
- 8-10 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese of choice
- 1 cup mixed bell peppers, washed and diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and diced
- Salt and pepper
Super Easy Egg Casserole Recipe Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9×9 baking pan with a nonstick cooking spray.
- Wash and dice your mixed bell peppers and place them in the bottom of your baking dish.
- Mix in your diced bacon and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk your eggs with a little salt and pepper.
- Mix in your shredded cheese and pour over your veggies and bacon.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is cooked thoroughly.
- Let sit for several minutes, slice, and enjoy!
