Easy Gingerbread Marshmallow Pops Recipe

I am so excited with the holidays right around the corner that I just made these amazing Easy Gingerbread Marshmallow Pops! They are super adorable and the kids go crazy for anything on a stick! Oh, and don’t forget to checkout our Santa Rice Krispy treats and our Donut Snowman too!
Ingredients:
– 12 Marshmallows
– 24 Mini Marshmallows
– 1 1/2 cup Gingerbread Melting Chips
– 1/4 cup White Melting Chips
– 6 Lollipop Sticks
– 1/4 cup Sugar
– 1 tbsp Cinnamon
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Cook time: 0 minutes
Yield: 6 pops
Instructions for the Easy Gingerbread Marshmallow Pops Recipe:
Heat Gingerbread Candy Chips in large bowl by microwaving for 30 seconds stirring and repeating until melted. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
Push 2 marshmallows onto stick to form head and body.
Dip and roll or spoon to coat well.
Allow to set for several minutes.
Dip 4 mini marshmallows in melted candy and place as hands and feet (be care ful as these may want to slip down the pop).
Allow to set.
Reheat chips of 30 seconds and stir.
Take pop and spread a thin additional coat of candy on front.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Allow to dry.
Heat White Candy Chips in large bowl by microwaving for 30 seconds stirring and repeating until melted.
Transfer white chocolate to small plastic bag and clip very tiny piece of corner to use for piping.
Pipe eyes, mouths, buttons and cuffs on each.
Allow to set. Voila! That’s it!
