Easy Mini Peach Pie Recipe
Here’s a super easy mini peach pie recipe that is totally worth trying! Just a few ingredients with very little time can still make you an amazing dessert idea! Peaches are my favorite but this can be make with any flavor pie filing you like! Get creative and make something delicious!

Easy Mini Peach Pie Recipe
Super delicious, yet very easy Mini Peach Pie Recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 Package Ready made Pie Crusts
- 1 Can 21 oz Peach Pie Filling
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- DIRECTIONS
- Cut two 5 1/4" circles from one of the crusts and insert in pans (use enclosed cutter)
- Fill to pan level with Pie filling
- Take remainder of first pie crust, form into a ball and re-roll to similar thickness.
- Cut crust into strips about 5" long and 1/2" wide and form a basket weave.
- Cut woven crust into a 5" circle and place on top of pie.
- Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar mixture
- Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool before removing.
