I’ve got a Fatty Coffee Recipe that will help curb those cravings and keep you full for a long time! You can fuel your body and start the fat burning process first thing in the morning. There are many different coffee choices but I’m gonna share my favorite coffee so you can make the perfect fatty coffee that comes out rich and smooth!
There are two tricks to making the best fatty coffee recipe.
First, you will need something to mix the coffee with. I use my handy, dandy Ninja Professional countertop blender. I will tell you that you don’t need something this powerful. You can use a milk frother that’s battery powered to blend the ingredients too. But, you need something to blend it. If you don’t blend it the water and oil will not come together. You don’t want your first sip of coffee to be the oils that have separated and sit at the top of your cup of fatty coffee. Besides, blending it creates rich and smooth texture like no other. It’s well worth the extra effort every morning.
Second, you will need your favorite brand coffee. I can be a bit of a coffee snob. My husband calls me down right spoiled or ridiculous but I love Community Coffee and I always grab some at my local HEB. (That’s a grocery store located here in Austin, TX) . I always buy a box of Community Coffee K-Cups and a bag of my favorite Community Coffee blend. The house blend or cafe special is pretty amazing!
