If you eat a gluten free diet, but still love your sweets and cookies, then you’ve got to try these Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies! They are absolutely delicious and nobody will ever know the difference. It also helps that they are really easy to make and only take seven ingredients.

Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup of peanut butter we used Skippy
- 8 oz. of cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. The recipe said the dough may be runny, but mine was a "whipped" consistency
- Drop cookies (just under a tablespoon size) onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, placing them about 2 inches apart
- Bake for 12 to 13 minutes or until golden brown
- Allow cookies to cool completely or serve slightly warm
