Keto BLT Pizza Made with Fathead Dough

I wasn’t sure whether I should call this Keto BLT Pizza Made with Fathead Dough or a copycat version of the California Pizza Kitchen’s California Club Pizza.  There’s a slight difference to making each one of these and I will explain that below.  Both are absolutely amazing and worth every effort to make!

We started by printing off this Keto Fat Head Dough recipe to get us started.  There are tons of versions of this recipe but that one is our favorite.  The dough has fresh rosemary and sea salt.  Believe it or not, that makes a world of difference in the taste.

You can find the macros on the dough recipe link above. I didn’t include the toppings because it will be different depending on the toppings you choose to include.

After you make the Keto pizza dough.  You can whip these ingredients together while it’s baking in the oven.

Keto BLT Pizza Topping Ingredients

Keto BLT Pizza Topping Instructions

  1. After the dough is hot out of the oven, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise just as you normally would for sauce on your pizza.
  2. Add the shredded cheese and bacon bits.
  3. Cook it in the oven for another 5 minutes or so.  Just enough to melt the cheese.
  4. Remove it from the oven and top it with cold shredded lettuce and tomatoes.
  5. Serve it immediately.
  6. Enjoy!

Keto Copycat California Club Pizza Ingredients

Note:  You can use an alfredo sauce or mayo in place of the red pizza sauce if you prefer.  All of these options are delicious!

Keto Copycat California Club Pizza Instructions

  1. After the dough is hot out of the oven, spread a thin layer of your choice of pizza sauce on the hot crust.
  2. Add the shredded cheese and bacon bits.
  3. Cook it in the oven for another 5 minutes or so.  Just enough to melt the cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss the lettuce and tomatoes in a small amount of ranch dressing.  Just enough to coat all the ingredients lightly.
  5. Remove the pizza from the oven and add the ranch dressing coated ingredients on top of the hot pizza.
  6. Finally, top it with diced avocados.
  7. Serve it immediately.
  8. Enjoy!
