Keto Friendly and Low Carb Unicorn Frappuccino
I can’t have my Keto friends missing out on a delicious Unicorn Frappuccino just because we have a different way of eating. We can have just as much fun but in a much healthier way!
Introducing a keto version of the new Starbucks Unicorn Frappe! Can I get a hallelujah!!!
I just whipped up my own unicorn in under 10 minutes. My kids are beside themselves with joy!
Who says you are missing out when you eat the Keto way??!! Not me!!!

Here’s how I made this delicious Keto Friendly and Low Carb Unicorn Frappuccino.
Keto Friendly and Low Carb Unicorn Frappuccino Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 squirts of Liquid Stevia
- Optional: Red and Blue dye
Keto Friendly and Low Carb Unicorn Frappuccino Recipe Instructions:
I used my handy, dandy Ninja Blender that has two different cup sizes for blending. One small cup and one large cup.
In the small blend cup, I added 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk (cold), 2 drops of blue dye, 1 squirt of liquid stevia and a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
In the large blend cup, I added 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 squirt of liquid stevia and 3 drops of red dye.
I want to mention that I am not a fan of the food coloring in the foods. I did this because I wanted to get the same colors as the Starbucks drinks but it’s only for a visual in this recipe. You can easily do without the food coloring and get a similar color with the same great taste!
Next, I started with a clear glass and added one layer of the strawberry blend. Then I added a layer of the blueberry blend. Then finished with the last layer of the strawberry blend and topped with whipped cream.
It was delicious!!! Absolutely amazing!
This recipe made about 4 small frappuccino drinks or 3 medium sized frappuccino drinks!

It’s important to work rather quickly when making this recipe so that the ingredients don’t melt. I had all the ingredients and drink containers out and ready to go before I started. I had no need to use ice in this recipe because I used frozen ingredients.
Here’s the Starbucks label. WOW!
What a treat if I do say so myself!

I couldn’t find your Keto Unicorn Frappe on MFP when I made it and tried to search for it to log it to my diary. It did taste nice, though 🙂
