Lose Fat in Thighs with these Simple Tips
Lose fat in thighs with easy exercises that only need a sturdy chair for company! Of course our green smoothie recipes also help a bit too. Gaining weight in waist is not easy to reduce, but putting on at below the waist is even more difficult to tone down! This is common in women who have the child-bearing genes. Some of the ingredients that guarantee a fatter thigh are carbohydrates, trans-fats, alcohol and sugar. Exercising is one solution to live fat-free and healthy.
Inner thighs
Seat yourself on a chair and place your feet firmly on the floor. Make sure that your bent knees make 90 degrees angle. Take a pillow and place it between your thighs. Squeeze the pillow as you breathe out. Breathe normally for a minute and continue the routine twice.
Outer thighs and hips
Sit on a chair with feet rested on the floor, making a right angle. Keep your palms on the outside of the knees of both your legs. Keeping the arm and palm stationary, push the knees against the palm outward and simultaneously push the palm inward. Maintain the contraction position for a minute and release.
Fronts of thighs
Seat yourself comfortably on a chair and keep a 90 degree angle with your knees. Resting your palm on your sides on the chair, exhale and straighten your left leg parallel to the floor. Hold and breathe casually for about 30 seconds and inhale as you lower your leg. Repeat the same for your next leg.
Back and rear-end of thigh
Placing your hands on a sturdy chair, make an angle of 90 degrees with your knee and balance your hip. Lift your hips while exhaling and make sure that your feet and palm well-support your weight. Form an arc by lifting your hips and hold for half a minute. Release and repeat the process 2-5 times.

If possible combine the toning exercise with a healthy diet to see more fruitful effects. This is one of my biggest struggles. Thighs are extremely difficult for me. How about you? Do you have any tricks that work?
