Mouthwatering Lemon Lush Bars Recipe
Every since we made our Easy Lemon Poptart Pastries a few weeks ago, we have been on a lemon kick! We just can’t seem to get enough lemon in everything from salads to desserts. This mouthwatering lemon lush bars recipe is another crowd-pleaser! Not only is this dessert pretty to look at but it tastes amazing too. If you love lemon, you have got to try it. It’s a light and cool treat with a sweet and tart taste combined into one. The bottom is a buttery shortbread cookie with one layer of creamy cream cheese goodness and topped with a smooth lemon pudding. Finishing off this dessert with a whipped cream topping makes it a dreamy delight!
The only other recipe I can think of that is amazing for gatherings is our Starbucks Lemon Cake Copycat recipe. It’s hard to compare the two though because they are both good and it really depends on what you are in the mood for. Both are perfect for the summer also.
