Nutrisystem Journey Week 2 #NSNation #Nutrisystem
Week 2 has been another successful week for me on Nutrisystem!
I have dropped a total of 1.7 pounds so I have lost 1.1 pounds this week! WhooHoo!!!
I finally had the chance to get back on a exercise routine. I exercised 5 days this week and at least 30 minutes each time.
TIP: The best exercise I got was skating with the kiddos at the skating rink last Tuesday. Two hours went by before I even knew it because we were having such a great time. Fun and exercising at the same time, can’t beat that!
I am getting use to eating smaller portions while on Nutrisystem which I absolutely LOVE! That was always a struggle for me and this program is helping me so much with that. The food is the perfect portion!
One thing I want to highlight about this week is how much I like the protein shakes that come with the Nutrisystem program. They are delicious and they help keep me full. I normally have one in between breakfast and lunch.

Wow, this is perfect cos I need to get rid of some pounds this coming September cos I will be in Georgia to attend some pictorials.
