Nutrisystem Journey Week 4 #NSNation #Nutrisystem
What a week this has been! Life has been a little hectic around our house this week with back to school shopping, appointments, fun/activities, & a small vacation!
I am not sure about you but I am kinda excited for the kids to start school again just so I can get back on a normal routine, but at the same time I am super sad because we have had so much fun over the summer.
With all that being said my exercise routine has been a little off this week…. as well as my diet. I must say though that I have lost another .7 pounds (yes I am very detailed when it comes to weight so you will never see me round up or down and I use a digital scale lol) and I am extremely surprised and proud of myself. That brings me to a total of 3.3 pounds! I can’t remember the last time we went out of town and I didn’t gain at least 3 pounds. Normally when we go out of town I will choose horrible food choices. This is the first time that I have stuck with healthy food options as far as eating out! I can thank Nutrisystem for that! I ate smaller portions and I chose food higher in protein and less in fat.
Honestly, when you start a lifestyle change like I have with Nutrisystem you want to stick with it and do your best because you see the short term and long term benefit.
Nutrisystem is a diet that is easy to stick with because you actually enjoy the food you eat and see results.
Here is a picture of my dinner that I am eating as I type;) Hard to believe that pizza could actually be part of a diet plan huh? Well it is super good too!
