PF Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps Copycat Recipe
This PF Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps Copycat Recipe taste just like the real thing! Not even kidding! Lettuce wraps are low in carbs so my mind goes crazy and devours them onsite. This copycat recipe can be made in about 20 minutes or less! The hardest part is making sure you have all the ingredients on hand when you get that craving for chicken lettuce wraps. This has become a weekly staple in our house.
I’ve changed this recipe up a bit too. It tastes just as good when you make it with ground turkey instead of chicken. So don’t worry if you don’t have the right type of meat. Try it with what you have! Oh, an most people prefer this recipe with a head of butter lettuce but I love the crunch in Romaine lettuce so that’s exactly what I use. I love the baby Romaine heads of lettuce too because the size is just right for a lettuce taco shell.
This recipe is very forgiving too. You could easily double or even triple it. I’ve done that when my parents come over and want to join us for dinner.

Love this recipe !! It’s a go to in our house. I don’t use the sriracha because I prefer this recipe without it. I add shredded carrot towards the very end so it doesn’t get mushy. So good !!
