I used 3/4 lb. of ground beef, mixed in bbq sauce after I cooked the meat and also put some french fried onions on top of cheese layer. So good. Next time I would take a minute or two off bake time. Otherwise really good, quick and easy.
My whole family approved of this recipe. Quick, easy, tasty…what’s not to love?!
We love this and have done it a variety of ways. Some of our favorite are breakfast sandwiches with sausage patty’s and scrambled eggs, bbq chicken and Philly style with hamburger, mushrooms, peppers
Making these tonight, they look delicious!!!😁
My two and a half year old loved them and in my house if the baby likes it then it stays because finding food that I can get my very picky toddler to eat is a chore all in its own. I was nervous about how he was going to be but he finished one and a half of them and for him that’s a huge deal. THANK YOU SO MUCH. this mama’s heart is happy knowing that her baby’s walking away from the dinner table with a full belly. My husband and daughter also loved them. It was my eight year old who asked me to make them bc she had them at a friends house a few weeks back and loved them. Definitely will be making these again very soon.
I had 1lb of ground the beef with sautéed onions and 2 slices of Hickory smoked bacon. Replaced biscuits with 8ct can of crescent rolls in a clear pie dish with half of the crescent rolls layering the bottom and the other on top. It made a nice thin flaky crust while keeping its shape and together when cutting it out. Delicious and so easy! My kids love it!
I added bacon to my seasoned beef!!
Thanks for such an easy and yummy recipe…I did add a can of Rotel…
I just made these and they came out amazing! There are so many way to do this, I could cook breakfast sausage and have breakfast for the kids. Great recipe! Thank you!
5 star ***** recipe that I will use again and again
Definitely like the idea! We browned our beef, drained it, sauteed some garlic and added the beef back in then added salt and pepper. I don’t know if precooked beef comes seasoned or not. Then we put the ketchup and mustard directly on top of the beef once it was in the pan before cooking and topped with cheese and pickles. Turned out great! Thanks so much for the recipe!
