Soft Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
These super soft chocolate peanut butter cookies are the bomb! I’ve been baking and baking for the holidays and these cookies are always on top of the list when it comes to requests for cookies the family loves.
Soft Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 Egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Soft Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350° and line a couple baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a large mixing bowl combine your softened butter and your sugars and mix using a hand or stand mixer.
- Mix in your peanut butter and then your egg and vanilla.
- Then mix in your flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Form your dough into golf sized balls and place on your lined baking sheet.
- Use a fork to press a crisscross indent onto the top of your cookies (this will flatten them about halfway).
- Bake your cookies for 11-13 minutes.
