Strawberry Cheesecake Fat Bombs

We are addicted to this Strawberry Cheesecake Fat Bombs recipe!  Seriously, we make it almost every week!  It takes only about 5 minutes to whip these bad boys up in the blender.

Why do I like to make these easy fat bomb recipes you might ask?  Well, I have two reasons actually.  First, it’s a great way to add healthy fats with a sweet twist.  It’s my go-to solution anytime I am in the mood for something sweet.

Second, it’s a great way to add healthy fats into your diet when you realized you haven’t had enough. This mainly happens when I am out and about.  Unless a restaurant serves avocados, it’s pretty hard for me to get those healthy fats on the go.  I will pop one of these in and let it melt in my mouth.  One little fat bomb like this will keep me fairly full for hours!

Fat Bombs

We’ve made all kinds of fat bombs but we definitely have two favorites.  Anything with chocolate and anything with strawberry!

Let’s talk about the sweetness of strawberries for just a minute.  Sometimes you will get the sweetest batch of strawberries you have ever tasted and sometimes they are completely bitter and nearly not edible.  This is where you might want to add a keto friendly sweetener option if your strawberries don’t have that natural sweetness to this.

The Sweetness of Fat Bombs

Depending on how sweet you like these types of treats, you can add anywhere from 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of Pyure.  I always have on hand the Pyure Organic Stevia Blend in this recipe because my strawberries were bitter.  Personally, I don’t like it that sweet so I prefer to use only a 1/4 cup.  My kids love sweets so if I make it for them, they really prefer the 1/2 cup of Pyure.

I use my Blendtec blender.  I’ve owned it forever and I really believe it will last a lifetime.  They tend to be pricey but not when I use it as often as I do.  Knowing this is a top quality and high performing product, it was worth every penny.  This is not being sponsored by Blendtec at all.  I just have a lot of love for their products.  Gosh, I think I’ve had this blender for nearly 8 or 9 years now.  Wow.

  3. These were delish. I could drink from the blender pitcher – reminds me of an handmade old fashioned strawberry milkshake. Loved them. Easy recipe to make also.
