I had the opportunity to review a Houston Vacation with my family sponsored through the GoHouston! Travel Campaign hosted by New Creative Writing and Social Media Marketing, home to MoneySavingParent.com. All opinions are my own.
The Bistro CityCentre Review
The Bistro, located at 800 Sorella Court, Houston, was one of my favorite dining experiences on our vacation!
We started off with reservations at 6pm on the 4th of July. Our day was a bit hectic and we decided to change our reservations to 7pm. The staff was extremely easy to accommodate our needs. I expect the 4th of July was a very busy day for them but you couldn’t tell it. Dinner was a pleasant experience with out any flaws!
My husband ordered a steak and I ordered the Red Snapper dinner option. I am extremely picky with my fish so I hesitated ordering but the waiter assured me I would be pleased! I’m glad he did because it was the best Red Snapper fish I have ever had. It had a light crisp on the bottom of the filet that was bursting with flavor!
The ambiance of the room was trendy, upscale, classy and a bit romantic! Low lighting and we were all dressed to match! We choose to sit by a window table with a beautiful view of CityCentre and all the happenings around it!
The dessert absolutely topped our experience. We decided to order the Nutella Bread Pudding. It was served warm a la mode with vanilla bean ice cream and nutella sauce at the bottom of the dish. OMG! It was delicious! I will go back to Houston just for this dessert! That dessert hit our “Wow” factor to say the least!
Head over and make a reservation at The Bistro if you plan to be in the Houston area!
