Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

- One large bag of organic Cauliflower Florets purchased from Costco
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder1
- teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/4 cups Frank's Red Hot Sauce or your choice of buffalo sauce
Break up the cauliflower florets into same size pieces.
Melt butter.
Combine butter, pepper, garlic powder, garlic salt and Frank's Red Hot Sauce in a bowl and mix it until combined.
Add the cauliflower to a large ziplock bag.
Pour the butter mixture over the cauliflower and seal the bag.
Shake the bag until the mixture has covered all of the cauliflower florets.
Place half the cauliflower bites into the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 350 degrees, shaking a couple times to get the crispness you desire. If needed, add an additional 2-3 minutes to the cook time to get them even crispier.
Serve with a side of celery sticks and homemade ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing.
