Ingredients

  • 2 cups of chopped watermelon
  • 1/4 cup of fat free milk
  • 2 cups of ice

Instructions

  • Take your cups of chopped watermelon, 1/4 a cup of fat free milk, and your cups of ice, and pour these ingredients into a blender. Blend these ingredients well, and until the mixture is smooth.
  • If you are not serving this smoothie now, place this smoothie in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
