- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup of white chocolate ounces coarsely chopped
- 1 cup fresh blueberries you can use frozen blueberries
- 1 stick unsalted butter not margarine
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
In a small pan melt coarsely chopped white chocolate and butter.
In a mixing bowl add sugar, eggs, and vanilla; mix well. Gradually mix in flour mixture. Fold in white chocolate chunks and blueberries.
Using an ice cream scoop drop 2 inches apart on parchment-lined baking sheets.
Bake about 15 minutes. Transfer to wire racks. Let cool 5 minutes.
