Broccoli Salad Recipe

- 1 pound Broccoli chopped
- 2 tablespoons keto granulated sweetener or granulated
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 8 ounce Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1/2 Red Onion minced
- 12 slices Cooked Bacon chopped
- 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Optional Sunflower Kernels
Place broccoli in a large dish
Combine the sweetener and hot water and mix until dissolved.
Pour this over the broccoli.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Chill for a several hours before serving.
