Broccoli Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Broccoli chopped
  • 2 tablespoons keto granulated sweetener or granulated
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 8 ounce Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 Red Onion minced
  • 12 slices Cooked Bacon chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Optional Sunflower Kernels

Instructions

  • Place broccoli in a large dish
  • Combine the sweetener and hot water and mix until dissolved.
  • Pour this over the broccoli.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Chill for a several hours before serving.
