Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Optional: Add Dill Pickle relish for extra tang just a spoonful

Instructions

  • I start off by baking my bacon in the oven until it’s nice and crispy.
  • Next, I boil my eggs. Once the eggs are down I let them cool and then peel them. (peel them under cool water to make it a bit easier)
  • Slice the eggs in 1/2 lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  • Place all the yolks in a medium size bowl and mash until they are a fine crumble. Using a fork is best.
  • Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Mix it well until it becomes smooth.
  • Use a spoon and add a spoonful to each egg white.
  • Sprinkle the tops with paprika.
  • Cut your crispy bacon into small pieces and garnish the top of your deviled eggs with it.
  • Serve! Voila! That’s it!
