Keto Sushi Rolls with Smoked Salmon and Cucumber

Start by slicing your cucumber into small square strips. These should be long enough to go over the whole seaweed sheet.Lay out one seaweed sheet and spreading a thin layer of cream cheese over the whole thing.

Tear off pieces of the Smoked Salmon and add a line of fish that's about 1 1/2 inches wide all the way across the sheet of salmon (as seen in the process photos below).
Next to the smoked salm0n, add about three strips of cucumber.
Roll up the Keto Sushi Roll and slice into about 1-inch rolls.
Lay the Keto Sushi rolls on a serving tray and top with any optional ingredients you want. I chose the add Sriracha sauce with a small amount of roasted sesame seeds. Yummy!
