Ingredients

olive oil
1
pound
ground chicken
2
cloves
minced garlic
1
medium diced onion
1/4
cup
hoisin sauce
2
tablespoons
soy sauce

tablespoon
rice vinegar
1
tablespoon
Sriracha Sauce

oz
can of water chestnuts diced
2
green onions thinly sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1
head butter lettuce
or Romaine lettuce
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add your ground chicken and cook it until it's complete browned. Add salt and pepper. Drain the fat.
Stir in the garlic, onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and Sriracha sauce. Cook for about 2 minutes.
Add the water chestnuts and green onions and cook for another minute or two.
Chop the end off of the head of lettuce and serve several spoonfuls of the mixture in the center of the lettuce leaf. Just like a taco.
