Sugar Scrub Recipe
Make your very own Sugar Scrub with this very simple recipe.
Ingredients
- salt fine or course or sugar (white or brown)
- oil baby oil, coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil, safflower oil, or vegetable oil can be used
- essential oils of your choice
Instructions
- Fill your container with sugar or salt
- Add just enough oil to give it a thick consistency but enough to cover the sugar or salt mixture
- add about 2 to 3 drops of your favorite essential oils (combining them if you want)
- Add this mixture to a container with a lid. (TIP: I found some glass containers at the dollar store)
- Add a label with the type of mixture it is and the scent.
