Super Easy Egg Casserole Recipe
This s one of my family's favorite breakfast recipes!

- 8-10 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese of choice
- 1 cup mixed bell peppers washed and diced
- 6 slices bacon cooked and diced
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9x9 baking pan with a nonstick cooking spray.
Wash and dice your mixed bell peppers and place them in the bottom of your baking dish.
Mix in your diced bacon and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk your eggs with a little salt and pepper.
Mix in your shredded cheese and pour over your veggies and bacon.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is cooked thoroughly.
Let sit for several minutes, slice, and enjoy!
