Super Moist Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups sugar
3/4 cup real butter room temp
3 eggs
6 very ripe black colored bananas
1 - 16 oz container of sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 teaspoons of baking soda
4 1/2 cups flour
1 cup chopped walnuts optional ingredient

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Grease muffin tins or loaf pans.
Dust those pans with flour. Set aside.
Next, combine the butter and 3 cups sugar in a large bowl and cream them together.
Mix in eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Mix in salt, baking soda, and flour.
Stir in nuts.
Divide into your prepared pans.
Voila! That's it!

Notes

Pro Tip: I highly suggest using muffin tins. They come out in individual portions and back in only 30 to 35 minutes. If you use a loaf pan the baking time is an hour to an hour and 15 minutes.
